The Cowboy Showcase has been a tradition on OSU’s campus for decades. The famous country performer Garth Brooks won the Cowboy Showcase while he was a student here.
The Cowboy Showcase was located in the Student Union’s Theater. The location could provide the best sound and best seating for this type of event. The decoration were made to match the feel of the posters, designed by the Student Union Marketing Department. Ten performers were selected following an audition process. Judges included the SUAB President, Miss OSU 2012 and the University Information Coordinator.
